By using Instrobook, you agree to these terms. Our platform connects event planners with musicians for booking purposes. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Event planners are responsible for providing accurate event details. Musicians are responsible for accurately representing their skills, availability, and rates.

Instrobook serves as an intermediary and is not liable for disputes between users, though we provide support to help resolve issues.

We collect personal information necessary to provide our services, including names, email addresses, and payment information. This data is used solely for platform operations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data is stored securely and encrypted in transit. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

A deposit is required to confirm bookings. The remaining balance is due before the event date as specified in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days are generally non-refundable.

Musicians who fail to fulfill confirmed bookings may face account suspension and will be required to refund all payments received.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund amount depends on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances.

If a musician cancels, you will receive a full refund. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, we will work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
